• Account information. If you create an account, we collect the information you provide, such as a display name and phone number or email.
• Location information. Lokal is a location-based discovery app. With your permission, the App uses your device's location to show nearby vendors. Vendor locations are shared only at the precision the vendor chooses. We do not track your location in the background or maintain a history of your movements.
• Usage data. We collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the App is used (screens viewed, features used) to improve it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information to third parties.
• We do not share your precise location with other users without your explicit action.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

How we use information

We use the information described above to operate and improve the App: showing relevant nearby vendors, maintaining your account, preventing abuse, and understanding which features are useful.

Data retention and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us at the address below. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
